We will need a copy of your approved Item Approval Request List once it is returned to you from NARA. You can either fax this to us at 301.654.1503 or email it to
us atnara@cuttingarchives.com. Please be sure to include your email address and a phone number where you can be contacted. As soon as we receive
your Item Approval Request List, we will fill out a PDF order form that
reflects the cost to obtain your requested recordings and email it to
you for payment information.
