We will need a copy of your approved Item Approval Request List once it is returned to you from NARA.  Please email it to us at nara@cuttingarchives.com.

Please be sure to include your email address and a phone number where you can be contacted. As soon as we receive your Item Approval Request List, we will fill out a PDF order form that reflects the cost to obtain your requested recordings and email it to you for payment information.
